Polymega Collection Vol.18: Rival Turf!

About

Step into the raw, side-scrolling intensity of RIVAL TURF! and the legendary JALECO beat ’em up lineage—known in Japan as Rushing Beat—with this Polymega Collection DVD. Built around the street-fighting spirit that defined an era, this collection traces the series’ evolution from gritty urban brawls to more expressive, mechanics-driven combat, capturing Jaleco’s distinctive approach to arcade-style action across both home and coin-op releases. Fans of the beat ’em up genre will find plenty to enjoy throughout this collection, especially when played with a friend. The collection is rounded out by Jaleco's NINJA KAZAN and Psikyo's DARAKU TENSHI: THE FALLEN ANGELS, the latter of which is a visually striking and unconventional fighting game whose influence extended well beyond its original release. Members of the Daraku Tenshi team were even rumored to have later gone on to work at SNK, with character designs and visual sensibilities that would echo in later KOF series games.
